My name is Beata – I am the Head Trainer and founder of FitnessVIP. Born in Poland, I trained with the national Alpine Skiing team before completing a Masters Degree in Sports Science. I have over twenty years’ experience in the fitness industry, having worked at various sport clubs around the world and as a freelance personal trainer. My sessions are based around the client’s individual needs and goals, but are always intense, varied, and with an emphasis on correct form and technique. JUST GET GOING AND NEVER GIVE UP !

SPORT THERAPIST  Justyna

I graduated with a BTEC (Level 5) from the prestigious London School of Sports Massage, and I am a member of the Institute of Sport & Remedial Massage (ISRM). Specialising in sports and remedial deep tissue massage, I use a broad range of massage and manual therapy treatment techniques (such as Muscle Energy Technique, Neuromuscular Technique, Trigger Point Therapy, and Soft Tissue Release) to help quickly alleviate acute condition (e.g. muscle and joint sprains, soft tissue tension) and also chronic conditions (e.g. chronic low back and neck pain) that may need ongoing treatments to help manage pain levels.
