PERSONAL TRAINER  Lenka

I found a passion for fitness and training during my time in the army. I served in the Slovakian Army for 10 years. Since then I’ve qualified as a personal trainer, combining the skills I learned with the fitness knowledge I’ve acquired. I like to combine bodyweight and core exercises, TRX and functional movements with a diet plan to not only ensure you reach your goals, but to also assist with day to day activities.

As with anything in life, hard work only gets you so far without passion and continuity. My training approach is therefore centred around tailored programmes with a strong focus on functional training.

In my view, your path to your aspired fitness level doesn’t stop at the gym – my studies in Human Nutritional and Exercise Science allow me to advise you on how to transfer your training momentum to your everyday life, without giving up on the many indulgences life has to offer.
